SHIPPING POLICY

We pack every order with love and care.

Orders are usually shipped out within 2–4 working days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery within Malaysia: 3–7 working days (depending on courier).

• A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is sent.

• New books and plush toys are checked carefully before shipping.

• Preloved books are gently loved pieces that have been thoughtfully inspected to ensure they’re still in good condition and ready for a new home.

 

If you need your order urgently or would like to arrange self-pickup, please WhatsApp us before placing your order. We also try to use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, keeping your treasures safe while being kind to the planet 🌿

As part of our curated collection includes pre-loved books, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• Preloved books may show minor signs of wear (as described in the listing) and are not eligible for return based on condition alone.

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued through your original payment method or as store credit.
